Join us at Growing Light for Adult and Teen Yoga tomorrow evening. Brent Burnham teaches a gentle restorative class each Wednesday at 7 pm. Practicing a little self-care can be very beneficial in parenting. It allows caring for our children with more mindfulness and authenticity. Hope to see you there!
